Call to Order: 7:07 p.m.

 

    I.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes from February 8 board meeting were reviewed. Motion to Approve by Tanya Hector; second by Angela Brummel. Vote taken, all Ayes. Motion carried.

 

   II.   TREASURER’S REPORT

Treasurer’s report for October 1, 2010 through March 7, 2011 was presented and reviewed. Current check book balance is $236.86. Owe $30.00 to the school for off-season training. Owe $2700 to Boosters. Motions to approve Treasurer’s report made by Kevin Throop and Angel Brummel. Vote taken, all Ayes. Motion carried.

 

  III.   COMMITTEE REPORTS

         A.   Concessions Director – Deb Gonzales

               Nothing.                    

         B.   Coaching Director – Albert De Los Santos

               Emailed Vicky Faber for 7th grade contacts.

               Want to change helmet stickers from Tiger to Paw Print.

         C.   Program Director – Melissa Cunningham

               Absent.

         D.   Fundraising Director – Angela Brummel

               Will bring info for cookie dough sale.

         E.   Field Director - Scott Konicki

               Nothing.

 

  IV.   OLD BUSINESS      

         Off Season Training – Original date of February 25th was not an option as the HS gym was being used that night.

         New date of Friday, March 4th selected. Registration would be $45.00 for first player, $35.00 for each additional

         player.

         Update on Sponsor letters – Donations are to be kept in confidence, as stated in the letter sent out. Deadline for

         sponsorships to be received by GRF is one week before our May registrations.

         Texas Holdems – Schedule has been finalized and distributed to all board members.

 

   V.   NEW BUSINESS

         League Meeting – trying to find more teams to join our league. Jason has contacted Tri-County.

         Texas Hold’ems – Wayside West on Stadium Drive.

         Off-season Training – next camp will be May 21st at the Varsity Football Field.

 

**NEXT MEETING: Tuesday, April 12 at the Grant Fire Station, 7:00 p.m.
