Board Members Absent:     Kevin Throop – Vice President; Scott Konicki – Field Director

 

Call to Order: 7:05pm

 

    I.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes from November 2010 board meeting were reviewed. Motion to Approve by Angela Brummel; Second by Albert DeLosSantos. Vote taken. All Ayes. No December meeting was held.

 

   II.   TREASURER’S REPORT

Treasurer’s report for Sept. 1, 2010 through Jan. 11, 2011 was presented and reviewed. Current check book balance is $2020.56. Motions to approve Treasurer’s report made by Melissa Cunningham and Deb Gonzales. Vote taken. All Ayes.

 

  III.   COMMITTEE REPORTS

         A.   Concessions Director – Deb Gonzales

               Nothing.                    

         B.   Coaching Director – Albert DeLosSantos

               Nothing.

         C.   Program Director – Melissa Cunningham

               Nothing.        

         D.   Fundraising Director – Angela Brummel

               Sponsor letters are being received; approximately $130 collected so far.

         E.   Field Director - Scott Konicki

               Absent.         

 

  IV.   OLD BUSINESS      

         Off Season Training

         Coaching Director – Albert DeLosSantos was elected as the Coaching Director

         Texas Hold-ems – Will be in Kalamazoo. Dates and workers are:

         May 14 – Angela; May 15 – Scott; May 16 -   OPEN; May 31 – OPEN, June 1 – OPEN; June 2 – OPEN; June 3 – Steph;

         June 4 – Deb; June 5 – Tanya; June 6 – Scott; June 18 – Deb; June 19 – Tanya; June 20 – Steph. Location is

         Wayside West in Kalamazoo.

 

   V.   NEW BUSINESS

         Off Season Training – will be held Friday, January 21 at the HS Gym from 6-8pm. Early registration, $40.00 for

         first player, $35.00 for each additional player.

         Update on Sponsor letters – see Committee reports above.

         Coaches – Per Albert, coaches are as follows: 1st & 2nd grade: Candido Rodriguez and Jeff Carr; 3rd & 4th grade:

         Shawn Slominski and Dan Williams; 5th & 6th grade: Dave Howell and Frank Gonzales.

         League Meetin – Baldwin is out; still trying to find other schools to join our league.
