I.                    Approval of Minutes- motion to approve last month’s minutes by Deb. Seconded by Scott. All in favor.

II.                 Approval of Treasurers Report-  The board decided not to approve the Treasurers report until such time that the board is together again and able to fully discuss it.

III.               Committee Reports- Concession report- Lori Dahl is the new concession coordinator for the Grant boosters. Deb has been in contact with her.                                                        Field Director- no report.                                                                                        Coaching Director- The Punt, Pass, Kick contest has a cost of $40 to the organization and a decision needed to be made tonight as the deadline is May 1^st. Scott motion to vote, Deb Seconded. The results of the vote was 4 yes votes and none opposed. Jason will sign us up for this. The competition will take place at some point in July or August. Winners move on to the next level of the competition and eventually end up at the national competition.

b.      Coaches – No coaching decisions have been made as of yet. The coaching committee is interviewing a couple candidates new to the area before coming to any decisions. The coaching director will report on the work of the coaching committee at the next meeting.
