Board of Directors Meeting

I.                    Approval of Minutes

a.       November minutes were reviewed.

b.      Approved –  Kevin and Deb

II.                 Treasurer’s Report

a.       There is 6660.37 in checking.

b.      We made 2800 on the Texas holdem and contributed 4000.00 to senior all nighter.

c.       Melissa C motioned to approve Deb second it.  Treasures report was approved..

III.               Committee Reports

a.       Concessions – Deb

1.      Debbie had a 100 dollar correction to here report that went to Jim and Jerry Sullivan for a gift certificate.

2.      Pop is not an issue with the concessions director.

b.      Coaching director – Jason (Given by Melissa C.)

1.      Dinner at 7:00 PM at northern trails. 

2.      Getting prices on CD player and Microphone for press box

3.      Looking at Punt Pass and Kick.

c.       Field director – Marcas - resigned

d.      Program Director – Melissa Cunningham

1.      Nothing to give.

e.       Fundraiser – Angel

1.      Nothing.

IV.              Old Business

1 Popcorn buckets 100 left. 

V.                 New Business

a.       Offseason training will start in January it will be divide into two sessions.  1-4 and 5-7^th graders GRFI will buy the pizza

b.      Glazier Clinic is coming up

c.       We have checked and we qualify for a big discount/ min 10% on all order

d.      We may be looking at moving into another league.
